In 2006 GLOW co-organised together with the German Linguistic Association (Deutsche Gesellschaft für Sprachwissenschaft, DGfS) a summer school on "Micro and macro-variation", hosted at the University of Stuttgart, August 14 to September 2, 2006. Information can still be found at their website:
